Чем отличается 1-класс от бизнес-класса?

Уважаемые коллеги!Подскажите, чем отличается первый-класс в самолете от бизнес-класса?А так же очень интересует,что бывает авиакомпаниям за задержку рейса?

Только одно частное мнение:

I (автор оригинального поста) have flown both BC and FC on Varig's MD-11s between LAX and GRU.

• The seat pitch in BC on their MD-11's is 48 inches.
• The seat recline according to Varig in the BC cabin of the MD-11 is 135°
• The seat recline according to Varig in the BC cabin of the 777 is 140°
• I don't know if the additional 5° recline in the 777 means additional pitch

The first class cabin of the MD-11 and 777 are both configured with one row. The seat recline on the MD-11 is probably 170°. I have been assured by Varig customer service that the first class seat in the 777 does not recline to 180°. I would guess that it is equivalent to the MD-11.

The space and comfort in first class is noticeably superior to BC. There have been some reports in this forum about apathetic flight attendants in first class. The 777 in service between JFK and GRU was manufactured in 2001 and therefore is quite new (in the life of a commercial aircraft). I have been told by customer service that there is personal TV and video on demand in both first class and BC on the 777.

в первом классе места тааакие огромные что ваапще можно круто развалится а в бизнесе поменьше будут

насколько я знаю...... в некоторых авиакомпаниях нет первого класса.... есть только эконом и бизнес классы... бизнес приравнивается здесь к первому
