Document verification without check-in baggage, that you can proceeds to Document Check Counter. Our check in counter will be closed 45 minutes before schedule time of departure.

We remind you that you need to have a minimum 3 hours for connecting flight

In this context, AirAsia will not be held responsible for the consequence of any delays experienced while flying AirAsia.

However, if you are unable to travel on your flight, you can change flight to another date and time. And the flight changes can be made via Manage My Booking, at all our Sales Office/Airport Sales Counter and through our call centre. The change need to be done more than 48 hours before your departure flight time. However, for any flight changes (date/time) is subject to fees, flight change will subject to Fare different + Change Fees. The fare different is driven by demand which is change from time to time.
